Jason was very nice. He explained everything about the furnaces and thermostats. My only issue is that he told me our balance was $4500. not $6000. !!

At first I didn't know who to call in my area so I called Johnson's. This was 3 years ago and I am still with them. The staff is wonderful from the first call to making an appt.. to the service team who come out to service what needs to be done. They set up the appt. and ask if it is convenient for you and am willing to change it if it is not. Then the service dept. calls to remind you of your appt. a couple days ahead, and the service man calls just before or when he is on his way to you. They gave me 2 sheets to show everything wrong or not wrong to keep for my records. They answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know for my peace of mind. I am staying with Johnson's Heating and Cooling. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Michael Ambrosino was here promptly at 3PM & went right to work on replacing parts in our toilet. He was very pleasant, and even put up with my "over-exuberant" cocker spaniel.
