I work with your company quite a bit - everyone is polite and wonderful, but there is always a lack of communication between the office staff and the repair guys.

can home from vacation and found the water heater had sprung a leak. Called AJ at 8:00 AM, had hot water by 2:45 PM. Great professional job.

Most service companies in this area don't answer the phone and 9 times out of 10 they don't return a call. Frustrating. A. Johnson picked up immediately, the contact person was personable and efficient, and 4.5 hours after my call my water heater was installed. Super service. Unlike most With whom I have tried to do business. See below, "cost of service": I wanted to click second star; it wouldn't let me do that without the first star.. What's up with thAt??

Showed up on time, in uniform,clean cut and informed. Price was very competitive with other companies, but their customer service and professionalism set them apart. Alyssa in the office was super nice and Mike in field was fantastic. I even had a chance to meet with the owner on another project I was receiving an estimate on and he was very nice and genuinely wanted to help me out. On June 18, 2014 I woke up with a hot water tank leaking all over my basement. I called A.Johnson Plumbing and Heating to see if they could help. They did in a big way. They made arrangements to have someone at my house within a half hour. That;s right a half hour, who would have thought that.possible today. Anyway I was very satisfied with the man who sold and installed a brand new hot water tank. I would not hesitate to recommend A. Johnson Heating and Plumbing to all my friends and family.
