Zero percent financing, professional service and good products allowed me to replace my furnace and water heater with energy efficient products and add new central air.

I have had service 2x for the same problem to find a leak going into my office downstairs from my bathroom upstairs. Shower drain was fixed 2x the same way with 2 rubber washers, plumbers putty and a little sealent, and toilet one time, pulled, cleaned and a new wax seal. Part total, approximately $10, 2 service calls, appoximately $160. Total $170. There was approximately 2 hrs of labor , 1 hr. each time, @ $65 dollars an hour that that would be another $130. Total now $300. I was charged a total of $410.68 for the 2 times of service being the 1st time of service didn't fix the problem and that is with a supposedly $80 discount. With no discount that would be $490.68. Now with 2 service calls, 2 hrs. of labor and approximately $10 worth of part I think $410.68 is a rediculous amount of money. I had hoped I had found a company that I could trust without being bled dry. The service is great but the cost is way to much for me. I will be looking for someone else to do my work for me.
