After discovering some water in my basement due to leaky water heater, I immediately called Johnson's and I was so very happy to hear that they would come next day. They came, they explained problem they fixed it! Quick service with a smile.

Not much to say really, ya all have to come back later to actually fix it as he said it has a leak. I cannot give a reliable recommend until the job is completed. :)

Jim did a great job, but I think the cost was high for new water tank. Replaced tank based on his recommendation due to low water pressure in the house. Haven't seen a significant impact on pressure to justify $1,000 dollar cost.

Very smooth

My A/C was no longer cooling my house and the outside pipes were frozen. A. Johnson sent a serviceman the next day to look over my system and determine it just needed a freon recharge. The serviceman arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner.
