Same day service, knew what the problem was immediately and had everything on hand to resolve the issue. I missed an hour of work for the entire job start to finish which is super for working professionals!

Jim came on time and found the source of the problem. He reinstalled the part and the tub worked normally.

Replaced my thermostat for $ 302.00 (w/ $ 55.00 service call included). Did on line search and thermostats run between $ 50 and $ 100, would NOT suggest using A. Johnson as I felt their price was unusually high. Problem is fixed, tech was good but I fell like I've been ripped off by A. Johnson plumbing & heating - please tell Angie's list for me !!!
