I appreciated the politeness, efficient and competent manner in which everything was handled both by Jason and Lisa. I was very impressed with Lisa who phoned me several times keeping me informed of when Jason would be arriving and, she phoned after he left to make sure I didn't have any more questions and/or concerns about the pipe that had sprung two leaks. Jason was prompt and efficient both times and very professional. He explained what needed to be done and also after he had finished the job. He is a real asset to your company, as is Lisa!
