They did an excellent job replacing water pipes in my basement. They cleaned up everything when the work was done and took the old pipes with them.

Seems awfully expensive for what the repair entailed. Service tech was pleasent and did a good job. $300 to change a start run capacitor in under 1 hour seems out of line.

Our hot water tank went out at 1:00 pm and by 5:00 pm the new tank was installed and we had hot water. Now that is great service. James did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I am very glad that we chose A Johnson Plumbing to handle our emergency.

I don't usually pass along my opinion but... The whole organization were professional, curtious, and respectful. You could instantly see the experience level was high and they came back to make sure everything was up to my expectations. I'm sure there are cheaper companies but I'm too old and not rich enough to have someone replace a cheap faulty system a few years down the road.

Jim was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I appreciate Jim and Johnson's good service. I am on a fixed income, so the cost is extremely important to me.

james diagnosed a complex problem with our sump pump and replaced our kitchen faucet. only problem is we're now nearly 1k poorer. great service, very knowledgeable technician. guess you get what you pay for.
