Well, Service was great. Jim obviously knows his business. However, my problem really began 4 months ago when I noticed a leaking drain on the side of the furnace which was most likely broken from a prior service repair. It caused the outside furnace casing panel to rust and possibly rot the wooden support under the furnace for leveling and support. I was not happy with the time it took to get it resolved after several attempts were made to contact the company. It's fixed now when I had my regular service done this year. So, I guess we move on. Overall, I am very happy with the furnace and the way it was changed to make my home more uniform in heating and cooling. Air duct changes and zoning thermostats resolved that issue from the very beginning.
